As digital transactions and online services become a part of everyday life, awareness about cyber fraud is more important than ever. Recognising this need, KT Foundation conducted a Cyber Fraud Awareness Programme on 6th September 2026 in a locality in Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar.

The programme saw the participation of 26 community members, with a majority of women, creating an opportunity for meaningful conversations around digital safety. The session focused on helping participants understand common forms of cyber fraud, identify potential warning signs, and remain cautious while interacting with unfamiliar calls, messages, links, and online requests.

This initiative aimed to make cyber safety more accessible and practical for the community, encouraging participants to be more alert and informed in their everyday digital interactions.

A little awareness can go a long way in preventing cyber fraud.
